I'm in my mid-30s and I've been adopting a Whole 30 / AIP eating philosophy. I have a lot of food allergies including nuts, coconut flesh and raw stone fruits, to name a few and definitely have wheat sensitivities. I am not 100% strict as I want to have long term success with eating a more healthy diet and most often will add rice to my diet, as I am of Chinese heritage and thus my digestion isn't sensitive.
I am trying to cook regularly and would like to remember what good recipes I use, as I often adapt non-Whole30 recipes for myself. Hopefully some of you can also benefit from it!
